The 29yr old was accused of creating a number of fake companies Belize ad Uruguay to avoid taxation on his image lucrative rights.
Mesii claimed he never suspected any wrong doings about his financial affairs but the court has found both he and his father guilty in the crime.
Jorge has been given the same sentence but both can appeal through the Supreme court.
